VirinchiSoft acts as a technology service provider for schools. Personal data of students, parents, or staff is shared only with the respective school(s) that created or manages the user account.

Legal Requirements:

We may disclose information to comply with laws, respond to government/legal requests, or protect rights, safety, and property.

Our Services are intended for use by schools, parents, and students, including children under 13, but VirinchiSoft does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without school or parental consent.

Schools remain the data controllers responsible for obtaining appropriate parental permissions.

User account data is kept until the school/parent requests deletion or until the contractual relationship ends.
